Moderator or the review leader leads the review process. He/ she calculate the type of review, approach and composition of the review team in co-operation with the author. The moderator carries out the entry check and follow-up over the rework, for controlling the quality of input and output of review process. The moderator also plans the meeting, distributes the documents before meeting, coaches other team members, paces the meeting, leads discussions and stores the data which is gathered.
