The external female genitalia are known as vulva. The vulva is external opening of the vaginal canal, or vagina. The vagina refers to the copulation organ of females and its posterior extremity communicates with uterus through uterine cervix. The uterus is divided into two parts: the cervix and the uterine cavity. The lateral walls of uterine fundus communicate with Fallopian tubes. Another extremity of each Fallopian tube finishes in fimbria forming fringes in abdominal cavity. Between uterine tube and ovary there exists intra-abdominal space.
