a) What is to be done? b) Why it is to be done? c) How the work will be done? d) Who will do the work? e) When the work will be done? f) Where the work will be done?
Planning saturates at all the levels of organization. However the scope of planning is not similar at each level of organization. Higher the level of organization, the wider the scope of planning. Planning might be long term and short term.
