Lower level is as well termed as supervisory or operative level of management. It comprises of section officers, supervisors, foreman, superintendent and so on. According to the R.C. Davis, ‘Supervisory management signifies to those executives whose work has to be mostly with the personal oversight and direction of the operative employees’.
