In some plants which have leaves which obtain too much sunlight the stomata concentrate in inferior epidermis, so their heating is lower and less water is lost by the stomatal transpiration. In other plants of dry environments stomata group in the some areas of the leaf; over surface of these areas water concentration of air is higher comparing to environment and loss of water by the transpiration is therefore decreased. Some plants of dry climates also have stomata in cavities.
