Virtualization is defined as the basis of cloud computing and there exist several platforms which are available such as VMware refers to a technology which offers the provision in order to develop the private cloud and provide the bridge in order to connect the external cloud with private cloud. There exist three key attributes which need to be recognized to make a private cloud that is:

a) Cloud operating system.

b) Manage the Service level policies

c) Virtualization keeps the user level and the backend level concepts different from on another so that a seamless environment may be created between the both.
