Periods in which interphase are separated
Write down the three periods in which interphase are separated.

Interphase is earlier phase to the mitotic division. It is separated in three periods, G2, S and G1 (the words G arrived from “gap”, breach or meaning interval, and the word S is arrived from ‘synthesis’, which indicating the period in that DNA reproduces).
In actuality, ‘gap’ is not totally adequate for the periods immediately ere and subsequent to the DNA synthesis. The idea of ‘growth’ would be more appropriate since in those periods (G1 and G2) the cell is growing and building up to divide later in the mitosis.
