A Cetearyl alcohol is essentially a mixture of both the stearyl alcohol and the cetyl alcohol (mention to links below for structures). Both of those compounds would be measured "fatty alcohols" because of their long carbon chains. Fatty alcohols are in an aliphatic hydrocarbon family. To draw structure of a "cetearyl alcohol" we would essentially have to draw structure of cetyl alcohol and structure of stearyl alcohol.
