The Operative Functions of Human Resource Management are:

1. Procurement of Personnel: To get the appropriate type and amount of personnel essential to complete organization goals.

6. Personnel planning and Evaluation:  Different type of activities are evaluated under this system like assessment of performance, organization’s personnel policy and its practices, personnel audit, self-esteem, review and performance evaluation.
