a) BUS topology:

Within this topology, each computer is connected to the primary network cable in the single line.

Advantages:

a) It is quite inexpensive,
b) It can be easily installed,
c) It is simple to understand,
d) It can easily extended.

b) STAR topology:

In this topology, all the systems are connected through the central hub.

Advantages:

a) It may be inexpensive,
b) We can easily install and configure it.
c) All the physical problems can easily be trouble shooted.

c) RING topology:

Within this topology, all systems are connected within the loop.

Advantages:

a) All systems have the equal access to network media,
b) Simple Installation, and
c) Signal does not degrade as much as in other topologies as each computer regenerates it.
