Advantages:

(A) Radio wave transmission provides mobility.
(B) This is cheaper than laying fibers and cables.
(C) It proposes ease of communication over hard terrain.

Disadvantages:

(A) Radio wave communication is not secure communication.
(B) The radio wave propagation is vulnerable to weather effects such as rains, thunder storms and so on.
