Leaders and Leadership skills Paper Pattern

The Leaders and Leadership skills of those serving in the Armed Forces - The Struggles / Achievements Then and Now.

Final paper will be 30 to 35 double spaced pages. Paper will be written in the third person and contain about 15 to 20 references or citations, which is the expectation for a project of this magnitude. Paper will contain a list of references or bibliography that will match the references or citations noted in the body of the paper. Paper must be scholarly, which means giving credit where due, being thorough and not cursory, and being grammatically correct. Paper must be presented in an acceptable collegiate academic style such as APA.

Format for the final paper to be:

  1. Problem.
  2. Sub-Problems.
  3. Data and Sources used.
  4. Assumptions and Delimitations.
  5. Importance of this study.
  6. Hypothesis.
  7. Literature Review.
  8. Conclusions based on findings.
  9. Was the hypothesis supported or not by the research findings.
  10. Recommendations to Management based on this research.

Note that it is the Recommendations section where academic research transitions to applied research.
