Humoral specific immune reaction is the defense system by means of antibodies, and defense proteins which are secreted by lymphocytes that attack foreign agents with high specificity. While Cellular specific immune reaction is the defense system via particular lymphocytes (cells) which straightly attack other distant cells and agents.
