Pro Rata: It is the amount of state administrative costs, paid from General Fund and the Central Service Cost Recovery Fund (example, amounts expended by the central service departments like the State Treasurer's Office, State Controller's Office, State Personnel Board, and Department Finance for the general administration of state government), which are chargeable to and recovered from special funds (that is, other than the General Fund, federal funds and Central Service Cost Recovery Fund) as determined by the Department of Finance.
