Custom activities are required to carry a particular application that we want to incorporate with WF. Custom activities are usually created through inheritance and attributes. We can generate two types of the custom activities, composite and base. We can generate basic custom activity by inheriting an Activity class and custom composite activity through inheriting compositeActivity class or derived type.
