The reptiles contain double and incomplete circulation too; three heart chambers (that is, two atria and one ventricle). The reptile heart though presents the starting of a ventricular septation which partly separates a right and left area of the chamber. With the partial ventricular septation, the mix of arterial with venous blood in the reptile heart is much less than in amphibians.
