Water-soluble vitamins are those soluble in water. Fat-soluble vitamins are such soluble in oil (lipids and fat). Vitamin C and vitamins of the B complex are illustrations of water-soluble vitamins. Vitamins A, D, E and K are illustrations of fat-soluble vitamins. The Fat-soluble vitamins, as they are not soluble in water, can’t easily be excreted by body.
