Describe Interlaced Scan for image capture
Describe Interlaced Scan for image capture?
Expert
Interlace Scanning is completed in two various passes. In first pass, half lines even numbered lines are scanned and in the second pass, the odd numbered lines are scanned. Therefore, an image is captured in two separate passes. This generates numerous useless artifacts when such a picture is displayed on the computer's screen. It seems as if the device turns time backwards to make the remaining half of the lines to display them on the screen.
