Customer Satisfaction: It is a branch of customer’s experience which exposes a supplier’s behavior on customer’s expectation. This also based on how efficiently it is managed and how promptly services are given. Such satisfaction could be related to different business aspects as marketing, engineering, product manufacturing, quality of services and products, responses customer’s queries and problems, post delivery services, completion of project, complaint management and so on.
