The design stage is more error prone to error than the execution stage. One of the mainly defects which can occur throughout design is that the product may not cover the full requirements of the end user. Second error which can occur is incorrect or bad planning and a technical decision makes the next stage, completion, more prone to defects. Since the design phase make the execution phase, which is the most critical phase to test. The testing of the design stage can be completed by good analysis. On average, 40% errors occur during the execution phase and 60% of defects occur during design stage.
