What do you mean by the term Commitment principle which is the part of goal setting? Explain briefly?

Goals should be understood and agreed on if they are to be efficient. Employees are more probable to ‘buy into’ a goal when they feel they were portion of creating that goal. The concept of participative management rests on this idea of comprising employees in setting up goals and making the decisions.
