The session focuses on corporate team building and communication skills within the team environment. Tools are provided to enable the team to develop and implement an action plan. The activities in the morning session build the foundation for the concepts of communication and team building in order to ensure participants understand the importance of communication at the corporate management level and the consequences of poor communication on the company’s financial status and their client relationships. Participants will learn their personal role and impact within the team.

In the afternoon session, the focus of the workshop moves onto actual skill and team building with a focus on communication. Group activities will bring team members together in a collaborative environment utilizing the foundation of knowledge gained in pre-work and the morning session. Group collaborative knowledge will be utilized in order to create a pool of resources that the team will use to develop their action plan.

Near the end of the session as one of the final activities of the workshop, each team member will work independently to develop an action plan for their individual communication goals with the scope of their leadership team. Team members will be given time in order to share their action plan with other team members and receive feedback from other team members. The workshop will conclude with a brief session reinforcing the company’s faith in the team’s ability to achieve their goals and improve their communication in order to come together and work collaboratively and effectively using open communication.
