Accidentally aspired objects are often found in the right bronchus since the inferior angle among the trachea and this bronchus is lower than inferior angle among the trachea and the left bronchus as the left bronchus is much horizontalized. Thus aspired objects tend to fall in the right side (that is, bronchus) and not in the left.
