Advertisement deceptive: According to the FTC's Deception Policy Statement, an ad will be deceptive if it has a statement -- or omits information–i.e. likely to mislead consumers acting reasonably under the circumstances; and it is "material"–i.e. significant to a consumer's decision to procure or utilize the product.
