TOPIC:
Write a paper about Human population growth is human population growing out of control? Can it be controlled, should it be controlled, by whom and how?

An outline that includes an:
Introduction
First perspective on the ethical debate (Ex: Bats are problematic because they can spread diseases) with at least one reference in complete APA style for this perspective as a start on collecting your sources.
Second perspective same detail needed as in 2 (Ex: Bats are beneficial because they eat bugs that might spread disease, and at least one reference in complete APA style for this perspective as a start on collecting your sources.
YOUR analysis and conclusion based on these two perspectives.
PART 2
For the second part of the assignment, you will write an essay based on your topic choice. Your essay asks that you identify two sides of the ethical dilemma, examining each side's position (pros and cons) critically. Have you found any solutions in your research for the dilemma? If so, include them in your discussion/conclusion, along with your own ideas about the best approach for dealing with the dilemma and its consequences.
Please include the following in your essay:
A minimum of four resources from academic publications found in the Excelsior Library
750 - 1250 words of writing. This does not include the title page or reference page. Please organize your paper based upon the approved outline and your faculty feedback.
