The food that was delivered was flawless; however, there was a problem with the correct fulfillment of your order and two problems with the service.

3. Explain logically, clearly, and specifically what went wrong. If there were any inconveniences incurred by your company, provide details. Pay attention to creating a visually appealing document.

4. State what you expect the catering company to do about the issues you encountered. Maintain a courteous and positive tone.
