Research and discuss the following questions:
Why do organizations adopt matrix structures? What conditions usually have to be present before an organization should adopt a matrix structure? What are the advantages? What are the disadvantages?
Your discussion should cover all aspects of a matrix environment. Please give examples when appropriate, if you are concerned with sharing individual names in your examples, give only first names.
An appropriate-length response to the Discussion questions should be 1000 words excluding references, should include a minimum of two scholarly sources, and should be formatted according to APA standards in order to receive full points.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
