Problem

I need further explanation of each of the following points, it would be acceptable if each point was constructed in a well written paragraph form. This is based on a question I've asked before but need more insight on it. Question was: How might seemingly legitimate appearance requirements result in illegal discrimination? Explain. What should employers do to reduce the likelihood of such illegal discrimination?

Answer of question (1) : Here employee should carefully scrutinize appreance preferences and requirements for potentials for various types of discriminations. To reduce the likelihood of such illegal discriminations, employers should pay attention on following points :

(i) Is the employee or applicant neet? Are his or her cloths ironed of sufficient length and an appropriate size?

(ii) Are these cloths clean?

(iii) Is the requirement necessary to the safe operation of the business.

(iv) Is resistence of employee or applicant's appearance a situation of race, cultural, ethnic, gender, age, social or other bias.

(v) Is religious discrimination is a posibility? Could the employee's request be reasonable accomodated?

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
