Assignment: Web Store Design Layout Project
Builds on itself in order to help you to design a web store layout. You will begin researching and thoughtfully developing your web store. The questions/topics below will help you to begin the process.
In a Word .doc, write an essay answering/discussing each of the question/topics below. Make sure to include references.
1. Which Channel type would require the least overhead? Why? Which type are you selecting for your own web store?(slides 4-7)
2. List essential support services. After researching on the Internet for each support service, list options and costs. Then for each support service explain your preferred choice. (slide 10)
3. A well known saying in web design is, "Good designers borrow; great designers steal." As preparation for designing your own site, choose a successful and less successful site in a particular product category. For each measure of trust, explain how each site handled the challenge and how that approach affected their success. (slides 12 & 13)
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
