Problem is the shortage of amount of blood in hospitals which create a need for blood donation, so i thought about creating an app that facilitate process of finding donors for a hospital but not sure yet.
i do'nt know the BI solution to be choosen? so:
1) Which Business intellegence (BI) solution is best?
2) How can i classify and decompose this problem?
3) which model which will be used along with any tools and functions?
if i chose Microsoft excel to create a model, is it considered as normative or descriptive model?
