Conduct a Porter Five Forces analysis of the industry where your company operates, but for this assignment you only need to do the POWER OF BUYERS, do not do others.
Remember to judge whether the force is weak, medium, strong, growing, or diminishing. Give your reasons, and numbers or graphs, if possible, in support of each claim. Remember that you are analyzing the industry where your chosen company operates in, not the company itself. A useful frame of mind could be to ask yourself "If I suddenly inherited a lot of money, would I enter this industry? How easy it would be to enter? What would keep me awake at night?"
