Assignment: Case Reflection
Once you've completed your assignment, I'd like for you to reflect on your experiences. Think about questions such as: What (if anything) did you learn during the process? What did you struggle with the most during this assignment? How might you be able to use what you've learned (from both the process and the final product) in your career? How has your thinking about ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR changed throughout the semester? If you had the opportunity to do this project again, how might you do it differently?
You do not have to answer these questions specifically and I encourage you to deviate from these prompts as you see fit. The most important thing I'd like to see from you is a personal examination of the connection between this assignment and your personal and professional life.
