In this chapter, we address some key questions:
- What constitutes human sustainability from the perspective of the executives and managers of an enterprise? From that of employees? From that of other stakeholders?
- How can organizations select technologies and processes that support alignment between the needs of the business, and its stakeholders?
• How can the application of different technologies and processes support sustainable employment relationships and working arrangements?
- How can technologies and processes enable employees to undertake work in ways which promote personal and organizational learning, and their psychological well-being?
