1. Voluntary withdrawals through the worker
2. Lay-offs because of seasonal nature of industry, fuel, raw material and shortage of power.
3. Discharges because of undesirable activities of the workers, insubordination or they being determined unsuitable for the job.
4. Retirement. and
5. Death.
