In so doing, you should explain what are CBA's strengths and weaknesses in developing Executive Education programs relative to its direct competitors and what are the opportunities (in the market) that CBA can benefit from in developing Executive Education Programs and what are the threats (that are imposed on CBA from external environment) that CBA should take into account and neutralize in developing such programs.
