Control Mechanisms:
Problem: Select an organization with which your Learning Team is familiar. Prepare a 1,050 to 1,400-word paper in which you address the following as it related to that organization:
1) Identify four types of control mechanisms used in your selected organization.
2) Compare and contrast the control mechanisms that your Learning Team identified.
3) Determine the effectiveness of these control mechanisms.
4) Examine the positive and negative reactions to the use of these controls.
5) Explain how these controls impact the four functions of management.
