They help capture, consolidate, and centralize knowledge throughout a firm. They make it extremely easy for employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners to share knowledge and information.

The difference between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge;
How are organizations using blogs, wikis, and social networking technologies, to improve the way knowledge is identified, categorized , shared;
What are the benefits of these new technologies.
