The traditional schedule can work for an agile project if

Question: The traditional schedule can work for an agile project if the customer does not change his/her mind too often. This will allow for a more rigid schedule from start to finish. How about the opposite? Can the agile method be used on a traditional project like building a house? Instead of planning out the entire project, a project manager could schedule it in phases. Is this a good or bad idea? Why or why not?
