The process improvement plan

The process improvement plan for me has gone a little harder than I was hoping. Because multiple processes are a part of just one process, looking at the weak market share overseas and product placement for Ford not only requires a deep and lengthy look at cultural understanding but changes in the what, where, and how of the product. Depending on the market the product could require different things to make it look or feel differently to the customer, which would mean scraping previous product ideas and creating new products which costs will increase with new parts. Ford has been able to take a concept that like of the Converse shoe company which is making very simple products where the mold/look does not change.
The plan to overcome some of the challenges is to not really make as much of a change to the products, but it is to make more changes to how, why, and where the product is sold. This will help effectively sell the same or similar products within these market shares without affecting the other processes such as manufacturing of the products.

My process improvement plan revolves around the company Showhomes and getting the company in a position where it can better survey and address specific demands in different regions of the nation. So far, the process improvement plan has made efforts to conduct the first part of tackling the issue-information gathering. Gathering the information from the consumers in the different parts of the country will allow me to get a better understanding of what is being asked of the company and how we can take further action.

Any possible professional workplace challenges would be having all members on board to dedicate themselves to the extra effort needed to actually improve the processes or have any change at all. As stated in last week's discussion regarding management theories, this part can be the most difficult in trying to have a smooth, successful operation. Motivation and perhaps incentives for working and cooperating with this process improvement plan would be the best option to overcome these workplace challenges.
As for feedback on my process improvement plan-what would you suggest to motivate employees to all comply with obtaining the process improvement goals? And then more specifically for my company, what other ways would you suggest getting good consumer feedback other than sample surveys or product feedback? Anything helps!

So far my process improvement plan to change the hiring process within my organization is going good. I think that since I am not trying to completing reinvent the wheel with my improvement plan that it is less complicated, instead I am just trying to make some changes within the process.
Some of the challenges I am facing is finding information on the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center's (CPAC) website about the hiring process. Fortunately, I am able to overcome this challenge by speaking directly with supervisors that are involved in the hiring process. They are able to offer their insight on the hiring process. There is also a local CPAC that is on Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA that I am able to get information about how the process works, any challenges they may face, and their opinions about changing or not changing the process.
Right now there in not anything I can think to ask for help with, but if I do I will not hesitate to ask my peers or Professor.
