Team Building Exercises
Using a search engine (such as Google or Yahoo!), enter the term "team-building exercises" or another similar search phrase. From the list of hits that is returned, find a few specific exercises that you feel would be most likely to help a sales team bond and work together.

If you were a sales manager, would you pay to have your salespeople go through any such programs? Why or why not?
