Target group of responsiveness

Question 1. During the focus group participating activities it is quite possible the feedback may not be as positive as expected. What are some steps or processes you have experienced during these types of outcomes to review and manage these types of responses? What are the ways management will notice the ways something is occurring within the target group of responsiveness?

Question 2. You stated, "Management will notice that the feedback is positive among those who participate in focus groups, or if they are interested in purchasing it immediately," with reference to how a person might recognize the appropriate mode of entry. Although the feedback may be positive for group participants, how would that focus group know if they should use let's say, a green field entry as opposed to licensing as a mode of entry? What factors would suggest which is appropriate to use for those who are positive about their focus group?
