The following case must be solved by employing the IRAC format. Case 3: In December 1999, Wilson implemented for a Citibank credit card and signed an acceptance certificate in which she agreed to be bound via the terms and conditions of the credit card agreement. Citibank then issued a credit card to her that Wilson start employing. In July 2001, Citibank mailed Wilson her credit card statement that informed her that it was altering the terms of original agreement. This amended agreement was enclosed by the credit card statement. After July 2001 statement was made to her, Wilson continued employing her credit card and made monthly expenses on her account balance. Wilson made her last expense to Citibank in March 2002 and failed to make payments afterward. Citibank then filed suit against her to gather her overdue balance, which was $12,272.84. Wilson argued that she never admitted the revised agreement. Is this a fine argument?
