Significant difference in the standard deviations

A researcher wants to determine if there is a significant difference in the standard deviations of the number of weekly physician office visits between residents in rural and urban areas of the country. A sample of 100 rural doctors report an average of 92.9 visits with a standard deviation of 18.4. A sample of 200 urban doctors reports an average of 92.4 times with a standard deviation of 19.5. Test at the .10 level of significance.
