Review the format. There is no introductory heading as you have it. Also, indent every paragraph. Check format for capitalizing headings and punctuation for in=text citations. Your references are missing the hang indent required. pay very close attention to all formatting structure. . You need the proper chapter Level 1 heading.
You seem to have some sentences and fragments in italics. I do not know what they mean. Should they be converted into Level 3 headings? That is confusing.
You need the annotated bibliography as well as a reference page.
