Case Study:
The CEO of your organization has asked you to write what you have learned so far so he can convince the Governing Board that you are more than worthy of the hefty consultant fees you are receiving. You have paid me part of your fees to help you get started. Given that, write a comparison and contrast paper on your organization and at least one other similar organization within the industry.
Provide no less than a ½ page and no more than a 1 page executive summary as the first page of your paper. (Hint: your executive summary should guide the organization of the rest of your paper, e.g., XYZ company initial industry analysis to ABC company Provide tables and/or graphs in appendices to illustrate key comparisons in areas such as financials, major differences in personnel and key leader organizational structure, etc.
Resist internal biases and provide statements/facts supported by literature. For example, do not provide just positive input for your organization from your organizations' website. Similarly, do not find only negative input from a critic of you comparative organization.
