Question
This assignment has 4 parts. Save Part one as HW5version2.xls, then save parts 2 to 4 in a different file HW6.xls and use a dissimilar worksheet for each part of the assignment.
Part 1
Return to homework 5 and vary your HW5 file of the text. Such that if data set is fit with a straight line, with the semilog plot, or with loglog plot, add a section on each worksheet and solve the equations on using linear algebra. Your solution have to produce same values for a and b that are displayed by Excel in trend line equations and the values you obtained in HW5. As there are 2 equations, your matrix A should be a 2 by 2. Save file as HW5version2.xls
Part 2
Make sure you label all the solutions in the spreadsheet so they are easy to find. Save this on worksheet called Part 2 in the file titled HW6.xls.
Part 3
Save as a different worksheet title Part 3 on HW6.xls. The solution should be setup similar to what is shown in the text.
Part 4
Do problems, with the modification, that you should produce a solution. Save the file as HW6.xls on worksheet as Part 4.
