Unions, whose membership has steadily declined over the past 50 years, are now seeking to expand their organizing efforts by targeting nontraditional union members and developing sophisticated methods for attracting new members. Explain how this trend will enhance or impede organizational effectiveness; provide an example where targeting nontraditional union members has either enhanced or impeded organizational effectiveness, and why.
