Discussion: Organizational Culture
Provide a summary of your analysis of the organizational culture at your current or a previous organization, in which you were employed. Your analysis should include a discussion of shared values, customs, traditions, rituals, behaviors, and beliefs within the organization. Provide 1-2 examples to support your viewpoints.
