Write down a 1,400 to 1,750 word paper which adds to the project your team started last week. Check to make sure the project's triple constrains are still valid. Complete the given items in your paper:

Phase I: Update SOW

a) By using the statement of work (SOW) from last week, review and update it based on the course material acquired throughout the last week. Comprise in the update the SMART needs for the project.

b) Recognize the specific tasks needed to complete each item listed on the SOW. Recognize the resources needed to accomplish each task.

Phase II: Project Schedule and Budget Update

a) Arrange the tasks to a schedule which takes into consideration the required dependencies between tasks. Use Microsoft Project 2007 Virtual Desktop available on the student website to complete the schedule.

b) Present the schedule in either PERT or Gantt chart format. Recognize the critical path via the network.

c) Review the network outcomes and compare to the project's triple constraint. Specifically compare and contrast the given:

  • Budget
  • Project specifications-scope and SMART
