Suppose you as manager of Texas steak house have started a training program for your employees with 2 goals one is to teach the employees how upsell (with the desired effect of increasing the average amount each customer spends) and the other is to hel employees improve their customer service with the desired effect of improving customer service. you are randomly sampling 20 customers.

The average customer previosly spent $9.01 (u=9.01) with a population standard deviation of $1.35 o=1.35 and you would like to know if that has increased as a result of your training program.

What are the null and alternative hypothesis

Your sample of 60 customers gave you a mean of $9.40 calculate the test statistic and p-value.
